Does my order have tracking?
All orders will include tracking and is factored into the shipping cost. For shipping alternatives, please shoot me a message via our contact page!
What are your shipping policies?
If packages are returned due to incorrect addresses, packages will be held but the customer will have to repay shipping fees. All issues will be handled on a case-by-case bases.
Any import fees, taxes, or VAT will be the customer's responsibility!
How long does shipping take?
For domestic (US) orders, orders can take up to 1-3 weeks! For international orders, orders can take up to 3-6 weeks to arrive.
Please keep close watch on your tracking once it is received.
